Returns and Refund Policy
1. Refunds
a. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returned merchandise. You must contact us immediately with any issues with your product in order to evaluate a refund. Acceptable issues include damaged products, missing items, and others upon our discretion. You may submit a claim on our website with issues related to your order in order to request a refund. We will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If your claim is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. We will not issue a refund if delivery is refused or if the return of shipment is attempted rather than prompt submission of a claim.
c. After receiving approval for the return, pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our customer service.
2. Late or Missing Refunds
a. If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please get in touch with us if you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund.
3. Changes to Returns and Refund Policy
